The ISO 9001 Quality Management System ensures that certified companies implement a structured set of procedures that validates the delivery of a quality service to its customers. Annual audits are conducted by an independent third party auditor to validate that all of our policies and procedures continue to meet the ISO Standard.
Accredited to United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) standards, our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the provision of a quality service. Our clients can therefore be assured of the delivery of an end-to-end service that is efficient, reliable and substantiated.
The British Standards Institution is the national standards body of the United Kingdom. BSI produces technical standards on a wide range of products and services and also supplies certification and standards-related services to businesses. The BSI standards of which we abide by are:
- BS 8507-1:2008 Code of Practice for Close Protection Services within the United Kingdom
- BS 8507-2:2009 Code of Practice for Close Protection Operations outside the United Kingdom
- BS 7499:2013 Code of Practice for Static Site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Service
- BS 7958:2015 Code of Practice for the Management & Operation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
- BS 7984:2016 General Recommendations for Key Holding and Response Services
